I also had dealings with hiss staff over the telephone and they too were also very helpful and courteous. Republic Claims Associates also handled all correspondence and paperwork with my insurance company which saved me a lot of time and aggravation. It took a total of six weeks for the claim to be settled, and the amount of the settlement was far greater than if I had dealt with my insurance company directly.
